2. User Responsibilities

  • Ensuring any animals listed are in good health and as described.
  • Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding animal sales, including any required health certificates, registrations, or movement permits (e.g. state animal health authority rules for poultry and livestock).
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform’s security or access controls.
  • Post listings for endangered or illegally obtained animals.
  • Post listings related to animal fighting, cruelty, or the sale of an animal for such purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

FarmstoMarkets is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not buy, sell, transport, or take title to any animal. We do not verify the identity of users, the health or legality of any animal listed, or the accuracy of any listing. We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions made through the platform. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for confirming an animal’s health, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations before completing a transaction.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or engage in harmful behavior toward other users.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
